Houses

I'm already forgetting. Every morning I want to get right on the computer to type my dream, but I think my husband will find that very suspicious, so I don't.

I remember moving to a new house. It was a very new house. Looking from the outside, it was very plain and tan in color. I think my mom was with me. She directed me to the correct house. It did not have very many details. The garage was important because I spent a lot of time looking at it. It had a very very steep grade going up into the garage and was in the shape of a triangle in that the larger part was near the house and the narrower part was at the front of the building. It was very strange and I remember thinking that winters and ice would be difficult but then resolved that since the grade was so steep the melted snow would just run out the front of the garage. After thinking that I heard Madeline say she was going to move some things around in a crawl space off the garage. There was a very small door on one end of the upper part of the garage (the part that leveled off with the house) and she was already inside. There were no lights and I wondered why she wasn't scared.

Then I was at an auto dealership in some other city. I know I was not at home because I needed to trade my car for one that I could drive home. I traded in the Volvo but all they had was a mini-van. I told them no and came back the next day. They had another Volvo but it was not as nice. I believe I took the other Volvo. It was raining when I left.

I think the dream fragmented in other areas but I cannot remember them now.
